I am a Telecommunications Engineer with strong Full Stack Web Development and Linux System Administration expertise, experienced in building and maintaining web applications using Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Node.js and SQL. I design responsive front ends with Tailwind and Bootstrap, integrate back-end systems, and implement internal management solutions that optimize workflows.
