What I'm looking for

I’m looking to manage environmental and social impacts for water and sustainability projects—combining ESMS/ESG reporting with practical EHS and restoration work, in teams that value strong collaboration, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

I’m motivated by challenges related to water supply and quality, with a solid background in environmental project management and sustainable development. In my Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) work, I manage and oversee environmental and social impacts to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the corporate sustainability strategy.

I coordinate internal and external audits, manage findings and corrective action plans, and help develop ESMS policies and controls for continuous improvement and risk-based management. Previously, I operated industrial water treatment systems (hardness removal with ion exchange softeners and chemical disinfections), supported inspections and audits, and helped drive safety and environmental compliance; I also contributed to ecological restoration by propagating native orchid species and designing a pollinator garden.
