At CHINA PETROLEUM PIPELINE ENGINEERING CO. LTD. (CPP), I supervise HSE compliance for pipeline construction on the EACOP project. My work covers activities including excavation, welding, lifting, confined space entry, and work at height.
At CPP, I contributed to more than 500,000 safe man-hours without a Lost Time Injury through risk management, inspections, and workforce engagement. I also delivered and coordinated more than 250 Toolbox Talks, HSE trainings, and safety inductions.
Previously, at DONGFANG ELECTRIC CORPORATION, I implemented HSE programs and conducted audits, risk assessments, and inspections for JNHPP. I investigated incidents and near-misses and maintained HSE documentation, including JSA and PTW records.
At SINOHYDRO CORPORATION LIMITED, I conducted hazard identification and risk assessments, supported incident investigations, and delivered inductions and Toolbox Talks. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management from Ardhi University and certifications including the NEBOSH International General Certificate.
