I'm a Data Analyst Associate focused on data cleaning, anomaly detection, business efficiency, and data validity. I use SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to turn large datasets into clear business insights.
In an Olist 2018 project, I found that 7.7% of late deliveries changed customer satisfaction scores from 5 to 1. I work with datasets of 100k+ rows and apply statistical methods including Mann-Whitney U, Spearman correlation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
At KSPPS BMT NU Jatim Cabang Rubaru, I helped launch a gold financing product from zero by supporting market strategy, customer acquisition, credit-risk monitoring, and simple workflow development. I also used local demographic data to identify potential customers with the team.
My Sharia Economics background has made me careful about transparency, ethics, and verifying information before decisions are made. I'm building toward a Junior Data Analyst role in e-commerce, startups, or marketing while continuing to learn Machine Learning and AI.
