Farai Masumbuko

I am a recent Bachelor of Science (Honours) graduate in International Relations with hands-on experience in import/export operations and customs compliance. During a year-long internship I supported documentation review, tariff classification, and regulatory research to ensure timely clearance of goods.

I collaborated with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers, developing strong cross-functional coordination and client-facing communication skills. I also provided customer service, troubleshooting clearance issues and maintaining organized records through accurate data entry and filing.

My academic background and internship work sharpened my analytical abilities and understanding of international trade regulations and policy changes. I am self-motivated, punctual, adaptable, and have a good command of English.

I am eager to apply my skills in a challenging role within international relations, trade compliance, or related areas where I can contribute to meaningful outcomes while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
