Faizan Baagwala
@faizanbaagwala
AI product designer at Pickd turning manual processes into human-in-the-loop workflows that keep AI legible and easy to override.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Pickd, I design AI-assisted product and workflow experiences by mapping manual processes and reshaping them into automated, human-in-the-loop systems. I prototype and pressure-test flows in Figma, keeping AI behavior legible, reversible, and easy to override.
My work at Saath Charitable Trust focused on interfaces for people with low digital literacy; I interviewed users with the field team and reworked flows based on usability sessions. I started in graphic design in 2020 and moved into product and UX, where I build tools that make complex systems feel simple and keep users in control.
