At Stensul, I co-led the launch of the company's first production coding agent: a Jira-to-MR pipeline running headless Claude Code on GCP. We brought it to production in 3 weeks, with guardrails and engineer review built in.
I ran the operating layer of a 70+ person product engineering organization, managing 6+ teams and up to 10 direct reports. I also led quarterly technical planning and implemented DORA metrics with the Director of Engineering.
I redesigned technical recruiting into a documented pipeline that brought in 47 engineers at a 30-day average time-to-hire. I created onboarding programs that cut ramp-up from 4 months to 1 month across 50+ new hires.
Earlier at Stensul, I led teams through changing business priorities and helped turn around a legacy support team, growing it from 7 to 15 people and making it autonomous through client migration. I started my career in web development, building products and applications across several companies.
