I’m looking for a remote role where I can own maintenance and service coordination, manage CRM workflows (AppFolio/Buildium), schedule vendors, and deliver responsive tenant and owner communication through proactive follow-ups and dependable organization.

I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English—C1) virtual assistant and operations coordinator supporting U.S.-based property management and service companies. I coordinate maintenance requests from intake to completion, schedule technicians and service providers by availability and priority, and communicate daily with tenants, vendors, property managers, and property owners—ensuring timely resolution with clear status updates.

I manage work orders and follow-ups end-to-end, maintain accurate records (notes, photos, and documentation), and run CRM workflows using AppFolio and Buildium.
