At CHEMAF SA, I manage daily cash and treasury records, record and reconcile transactions in SAP, and prepare entries for review by the supervising accountant.

I built and maintain an annual Excel treasury tracker that gives management an up-to-date view of receipts, payments, and cash balances. I also set up and maintain a fleet insurance register to track renewals, vehicle additions, and disposals.

I prepare monthly VAT documentation by reviewing supplier invoices, maintaining supporting schedules, and compiling complete materials for the tax specialist. I also process customer and supplier invoices and create finance purchase requisitions in SAP.

Previously, as a Secretary Intern at Cabinet Hubert Dumbi & Associés, I organized administrative and client files, handled correspondence, coordinated schedules, and supported the preparation of legal documents and hearings. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Nelson Mandela University.
