At tawk.to, I’m the sole frontend owner of Omni-voice, an AI voice-agent product with ~200,000 users. I built its Vue 3 and TypeScript frontend architecture from scratch, including LLM-powered agent configuration and real-time monitoring dashboards.

I also maintain tawk-messenger-vue-3, an open-source embeddable Vue plugin, and led its migration from JavaScript to TypeScript with zero breaking changes for existing users.

At Wegow, I led a team of four frontend engineers and migrated a client-rendered Vue 3 SPA to Nuxt 3 SSR, increasing organic traffic by ~20%. I also built a shared component library used across the platform.

Outside my roles, I built Harku, a full-stack B2B SaaS feedback platform, including its dashboard and embeddable widget. Its AI features use RAG and pgvector to detect duplicate feedback.
