I’m a licensed pharmacist with over 12 years of staffing and administrative experience across hospital, specialty, and retail pharmacy settings. I’m recognized as a leader and team player, with strengths in building relationships and problem solving while adapting quickly under pressure.

As Director of Pharmacy at Comprehensive Pharmacy Solutions/River Oaks Hospital, I oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations for a 126-bed behavioral health care facility, ensuring alignment with pharmacy best practices and state/federal regulatory compliance. I lead patient consults, medication profile reviews, dosing recommendations, and physician order verification, serve on multiple committees (including pharmacy therapeutics committee as chair), supervise pharmacy staff of 10, and helped roll out the initiation of CPOE. I also played a key role in the success of the JCAHO survey, being the first director of pharmacy with no findings in the medication management standards.

Earlier, I served as a Specialty Pharmacist at Factory One Source/Fast Specialty Pharmacy as lead for the Specialty Team, supervising workflow and performing clinical medication reviews, counseling, and care-plan monitoring. I also previously managed daily operations at CVS Pharmacy, directing workflow for two pharmacists and 13 pharmacy technicians, overseeing budgets and inventory, driving compliance audits (including controlled substances), and organizing off-site immunization clinics—while coaching teams through training and performance feedback. I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana School of Pharmacy.
