Automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver processing in SailPoint ISC, cutting access turnaround from over a day to a few hours and reducing manual provisioning by 30-40% for 10,000+ identities. Configured ISC sources, access profiles, and Virtual Appliances, and built REST API and JSON integrations for provisioning, entitlement reconciliation, and reporting.

Delivered IdentityIQ implementations for enterprise clients in Agile/Scrum sprints, turning business requirements into technical design documents and handing off runbooks, test evidence, and training. Built IdentityIQ provisioning workflows, lifecycle events, BeanShell rules, XML forms, QuickLinks, and multi-level approval flows, and integrated through seven connector types.

Rewrote legacy IdentityIQ provisioning workflows and developed Lifecycle Manager workflows, lifecycle and certification events, task definitions, and custom email templates. Customized Manage Access and Manage Identity modules, configured authoritative and non-authoritative sources, and led root-cause analysis with IdentityIQ logs and SAML 2.0 tracing.

Installed and deployed SailPoint IdentityIQ with out-of-the-box JDBC, LDAP, and Active Directory connectors, and built custom Java connectors using Java REST web services, SOAP, and vendor APIs. Enabled self-service password reset and handled provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests.
