Shot with Canon R6/RP and edited deliverables in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom using masking, spot correction, face-swaps, and advanced color correction and skin retouching while managing digital assets and client communications.

Edited website and marketing photos to meet brand standards using masking, color correction, and compositing. Color matched Pantones for accurate product representation, evaluated AI tools in Photoshop, and coordinated with photographers and product development to ensure imaging matched production.

Picked, packed, and prepared orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and quality control. Supported major accounts by building and processing large customer orders and identifying factory errors and discrepancies.

Served in multiple store roles, including Team Member, Team Lead, and Assistant Store Manager, supporting cash handling, customer service, POS use, stocking, and cleaning. In management, handled customer special orders, trained team members, implemented SOPs and new technology, managed scheduling and freight, and set displays while following store operations standards.
