What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a conservation-focused role where I can combine fieldwork, GIS/spatial mapping, and data analysis to support biodiversity documentation and real-world species protection—working alongside experienced researchers and growing through continuous learning.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented graduate in Natural Resources Management with a strong foundation in environmental research, data analysis, and problem-solving. I apply scientific methods in the field, work effectively in teams, and focus on delivering sustainable, impactful conservation solutions. I’m also committed to continuous learning and performing well under pressure.

In my current role as an Assistant Curator (Museum) at CSIR-Forestry (KNUST) Research Institute of Ghana, I preserve and manage specimens of extinct and endangered species, including the Togo slippery frog, while supporting biodiversity documentation and scientific record-keeping. I’ve also built hands-on conservation and GIS experience through internships with Herp Conservation Ghana, A Rocha Ghana, and INEC Ghana—contributing to field monitoring (camera traps, amphibian surveys), community outreach, geospatial mapping with ArcGIS/QGIS, and scientific writing, including authoring a funding proposal for conservation of the African elephant.
