Ellen Nkrumah

I'm a Health and Safety Officer supporting construction and engineering teams with practical HSE guidance, risk assessments, site inspections, and safety reporting.

At Amitaab Engineering and Construction Company Limited, I deliver health and safety training, lead daily job hazard analyses, issue permits to work, and investigate incidents and near misses. I monitor site compliance, enforce PPE and work-at-height requirements, and work with project managers to strengthen safety culture.

Previously at Osmoore Engineering, I conducted daily hazard analyses, weekly site inspections, toolbox meetings, and HSE reporting. I also supported the review and implementation of HSE procedures aligned with national regulations and company policies.

My project exposure includes tank farms, separator platforms, roads, and catwalk belt conveyors. I'm continuing my occupational health, safety, and management studies while building on my System Engineering diploma and IOSH Managing Safely certification.
