At Invictus Holding, I run bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and tax compliance, rent collection, and financial reporting across industrial real estate and sports retail businesses.
I administer leases for 16 industrial and commercial tenants, track rent schedules, follow up on collections, and build Excel trackers that keep payments, collections, expenses, and tax deadlines on time.
I also review financial statements for the group’s ready-mix concrete investment, coordinate management-meeting action items, and reorganized administrative records into a shared filing system.
Alongside finance and operations work, I launched Rumble, a live team-vs-team trivia web app, using Claude Code and Claude Design to take it from idea to published product.
