At EuroMed Rights, I manage accounting and financial operations across five international offices. I prepare consolidated financial statements and support budget monitoring, reporting and audit coordination.
I led the finance workstream for the organization’s migration to Odoo, coordinating finance requirements, data mapping, master-data validation and testing. I also supported post-implementation stabilization and user adoption.
I updated the organization’s Financial Standard Operating Procedures and developed standardized workflows connecting Finance, Accounting, Finance Control, Program and Operations. I also introduced a year-end closing framework to strengthen reconciliations and coordination.
Previously, at Right To Play International, I handled payment processing, donor financial reporting and budget-versus-actual analysis. I also worked in accounting roles at We Fashion and Azadea Group, supporting sales and supplier transactions, reconciliations and month-end closing.
