I'm leading regional facilities operations at Moniepoint Group, managing maintenance across state offices and repair centres while delivering 150 experience centre projects in North Central Nigeria.
I've improved power-consumption and diesel tracking to achieve over 20% cost savings, strengthened asset tagging across locations, and coordinated CCTV and backup-power upgrades nationwide. I also lead property search, renovation, setup and relocation projects, alongside vendor management for critical facilities services.
Previously, I led facilities, logistics and branch-development support at Nova Bank and managed onsite facilities and customer service operations at UPDC Plc. My work covers preventive maintenance, workplace planning, fire safety, fleet operations, CMMS deployment, property acquisition, budgets and facilities SOPs.
