At Constantia Flexibles – ASAŞ Ambalaj, I worked as a Production Engineer in the ink preparation unit for solvent-based printing inks used in flexible packaging. I was responsible for managing a nine-person team.
My work included conducting chemical tests and tracking equipment calibrations. I also carried out improvement work aimed at reducing ink-related setup waste.
Earlier, I completed a production internship at Constantia Flexibles – ASAŞ Ambalaj covering printing, lamination, cylinder production, quality control, and ink preparation, and an R&D internship at TOYO MATBAA MÜREKKEPLERİ focused on solvent-based packaging inks. I also volunteered in education programs supporting children and students.
