I’m a Software Engineer with 5+ years at ServiceTitan, spanning data and distributed backend systems, including 2.5+ years architecting and building event-driven microservices in C#/.NET. I led the ground-up design and implementation of a company-wide platform rebuild, replacing a decade-old monolithic data-import system with an event-driven microservices platform and a job-lifecycle state machine that downstream services rely on.
Alongside new platform work, I independently owned and modernized the legacy import system in production for 19 months with zero major incidents—consolidating 128 duplicated per-vendor tools down to 34 and building a centralized SQL execution engine with automatic retry and rollback to eliminate full-job reruns on transient failures. Earlier, I shipped and maintained Excel/VBA add-ins for data validation, reconciliation automation, and SAP-related data extraction via RESTful APIs, carrying that mindset of reliable automation into my backend work.

Architecting and implementing a rebuild of a decade-old monolithic data-import system into an event-driven microservices platform. Built shared NuGet platform libraries and a distributed job-orchestration engine integrating Azure Service Bus and Kafka, with a compensating-transaction recovery path.
Built a VBA tool using RESTful APIs to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading between internal SAP systems. Ensured compatibility across 32-bit and 64-bit environments for company-wide use.
Designed and shipped Excel/VBA add-ins used by teams to clean and validate customer data prior to import into ServiceTitan. Built configuration-driven validation engines and an add-in updater, and owned the VBA tool for the Applications for Payment process.
Built an Excel add-in to automate Accounts Receivable reconciliation for tenants onboarding onto ServiceTitan. Standardized AR report formats and automated the import handoff by flagging zero-balance accounts and verifying final reconciliation results.
