At Petersen Physical Therapy, I evaluate and treat outpatient cases ranging from orthopedic injuries and joint replacements to complex neuromuscular conditions. I’m recognized as an Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and hypermobility specialist.
I review clinical documentation and treatment plans for quality and compliance, and perform CMS-compliant re-evaluations against measurable goals. As therapist-in-charge of the WorkSteps contract, I apply standardized protocols for pre-employment, post-offer, and return-to-work evaluations.
Through Hardy Rehabilitation, I provide in-home physical therapy as a contracted clinician on the Luna mobile PT platform. I also deliver private-pay wellness and maintenance programs, including long-term Parkinson’s disease care, and prepare tailored patient and caregiver education materials.
My work includes writing plans of care and home exercise programs, reviewing clinical work, and building clinic KPI materials. I’m comfortable working independently in fully remote, asynchronous settings.
