What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Physical Therapist role where I can deliver evidence-based, interdisciplinary care—especially orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehab—while managing a meaningful caseload, documenting thoroughly, and supporting safe, functional outcomes.

I’m a Licensed Physical Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience across outpatient, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. I’m known for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while building trust through strong communication and thorough clinical documentation.

In my current work, I provide outpatient physical therapy services in assisted living, developing individualized plans of care for orthopedic, neurological, post-hospitalization, dementia, and fall prevention needs. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support safe, independent living and optimize functional outcomes.

Across outpatient and geriatric settings, I manage diverse caseloads including degenerative conditions, traumatic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. I design and progress rehab programs that improve strength, mobility, and function, with careful attention to complex comorbidities in older adults.

Earlier in my career, I led evaluations and treatment for acute and post-acute patients in skilled nursing rehab, including stroke, cardiac rehabilitation, total hip and knee replacements, amputees, burns, and post-chemotherapy cases. I also bring a mentorship mindset as a Clinical Instructor, and I use tools like ACP Modalities and OmniVR Virtual Rehabilitation to address impairments in pain, tone, strength, and balance.
