Abrar Ahmed

I’m a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience building, maintaining, and improving production web applications and SaaS platforms. My core experience is with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, along with REST APIs, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and third-party integrations. I enjoy working across the full stack and taking features from technical planning and database design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on a variety of business applications, SaaS products, APIs, eCommerce platforms, and custom web solutions. I’m comfortable working with both new projects and existing codebases, where I focus on understanding the system first, solving technical problems carefully, improving performance, reducing technical debt, and keeping applications reliable and maintainable.

I’m also interested in AI-assisted software development and AI-powered applications. I regularly use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT for code exploration, implementation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation. I also have hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, tool calling, and automation workflows.

What drives me most is solving real engineering problems and building software that provides measurable value to users and businesses. I enjoy learning new technologies, working with strong engineering teams, taking ownership of challenging projects, and continuously improving the way software is designed, developed, tested, and deployed.
