I've led clinical laboratory operations in Bucharest public-health and hospital settings, overseeing diagnostic quality, result validation, staffing, procurement, and critical-value communication.

As a Laboratory Coordinator and Laboratory Director, I scaled daily throughput, delivered RENAR accreditation outcomes, led teams across microbiology, hematology, biochemistry, immunology, and serology, and managed full quality systems from audits to corrective and preventive actions.

My work spans clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology, hematology, molecular biology, and next-generation sequencing. I've also directed molecular laboratory activity, including SARS-CoV-2 testing and prenatal molecular testing.

I'm especially focused on translating laboratory workflows and business requirements into practical LIS/LIMS and digital transformation solutions while maintaining rigorous standards and measurable operational performance.
