I led AI-driven cash receipting automation that saved approximately three hours of manual work daily, introduced a Zendesk AR ticketing system that saved two hours daily, and managed the migration from GP Dynamics to Microsoft Business Central.

Across Talent International, Henry Schein Halas, Herbert Smith Freehills, GE Healthcare, and Expedia, I've managed collections, credit assessments, client onboarding, disputes, legal escalations, and portfolio performance. I bring 11+ years of credit management experience and work closely with finance, sales, customer service, CFOs, and Chief Risk Officers to protect cash flow while maintaining positive client relationships.
