I’m a results-driven Cybersecurity Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on Security Operations Center (SOC) experience. I focus on threat monitoring, incident detection and response, and SIEM management to help teams act quickly and accurately.
I’ve worked across Azure Sentinel, ArcSight ESM, and Microsoft 365 Security, using Microsoft XDR and other tooling to investigate alerts and improve alert quality. I author and optimize KQL queries in Azure Sentinel to build detection rules, hunt for threats, and reduce false positives to enhance alert fidelity.
In day-to-day operations, I investigate phishing campaigns, malware-based incidents, data exfiltration, and WAF traffic bypass attempts. I also detect and respond to Active Directory security alerts, including unauthorized AD group changes and privilege escalation attempts, and I use MITRE ATT&CK mappings for structured triage.
I support data breach mitigation with GDPR compliance and proactively block malicious URLs using Zscaler Proxy. I bring strong incident documentation, critical thinking, and cross-team coordination to incident remediation, guided by OWASP Top 10 and Security+ certification.
