I have a total work experience of around 4.5 years with top MNC i.e HCL Technologies limited, top Indian Real estate company i.e, Godrej Properties limited and Global Consultancy organisations like Xander Finance and Mazars.

With 4.5 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis, I have developed in-depth expertise in building complex financial models, conducting feasibility studies, and assessing investment opportunities across real estate and other sectors.

At Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers with a strong presence across major metropolitan cities, I was a Manager in the Investment & Acquisitions team. My role involved developing detailed financial models to evaluate potential real estate acquisitions, assessing project feasibility, and optimizing deal structures. I played a key role in sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and structuring transactions to maximize returns.
