Develop backend features for an HR platform that helps companies find candidates through referrals, with bounties paid when a referred candidate is hired. Work remotely with the client team to clarify requirements and deliver ongoing backend development.

Lead backend teams of up to 5 engineers across 3 concurrent client projects for enterprise clients including Eiger, Danone and Mitra Keluarga. Built backend services for the Eiger mobile app, serving around 1 million users, and adopted AI-assisted workflows for feature development and code review.

Developed features for a payment aggregation platform processing over 1 million transactions per month. Integrated payment channels including virtual accounts, e-wallets, QRIS, cards and over-the-counter payments, and improved reliability of payment generation, callback and webhook handling, and settlement reports.

Built features for multiple clients, adapting to different project requirements and technical contexts. Contributed to the Mandala Multi Finance Administration & Management System, a large-scale client initiative.

Helped build the core customer acquisition application covering customer records, financing, loans and sales workflows, using Scala and CodeIgniter.
