What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving highway and transport asset management through data-led maintenance planning, lifecycle planning, budgeting, and collaborative delivery.

At East Riding of Yorkshire Council, I manage highway asset valuation, lifecycle plans, maintenance budgets, cost matrices, and prioritised treatment programmes to support long-term financial planning.

Previously at Uganda National Roads Authority, I led road and bridge asset surveys across 20,000 kilometres, reduced data-risk probability by half, and helped install ROMDAS in a data-collection vehicle for an award-winning in-house project team.
