At Chup, I contributed to building and evolving a healthcare queue and appointment management platform, focusing primarily on backend development with Laravel. I also worked on Vue.js and production issues when needed.
I worked on performance and reliability across the application and database layers, including an optimization that reduced appointment list loading times from around 2–5 seconds to under a second.
I also worked on appointment and queue workflows, hospital information system integrations, and an asynchronous activity-log archival process after database growth caused a production outage. I regularly used Sentry to investigate production issues.
