What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a junior Java or backend development role, or a technical support, systems analysis, customer support, or systems implementation position where I can apply troubleshooting experience and grow in software development.

I'm transitioning into technology through practical Java backend projects, including a Customer API with complete CRUD operations and layered architecture.

I built a Task Manager API using Spring Boot, Spring Security, JWT, and relational database persistence to manage tasks with authentication and authorization.

At PPA Toledo, I maintained electronic control units and automation systems while providing technical support, customer service, quality control, and equipment diagnostics.

My background also includes assembly and maintenance at WEG, customer consulting and project proposals at ARM Tintas, and inventory and customer service at Prati Donaduzzi. I'm bringing this hands-on problem-solving experience into backend development and technical support roles.
