I’m looking for a role where I can lead HOA/property management with CFO-level financial rigor, streamline processes through automation, and work with high-performing multidisciplinary teams to deliver transparent reporting and strong stakeholder results.

As an entrepreneur and CFO/cofounder, I’ve built my career around Homeowners Association (HOA) account management and the efficient administration of property communities. My focus is on structuring and running Administration, Treasury, Finance, and Accounting with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance.

I bring a finance-first mindset—strategy, corporate finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting—to ensure disciplined decision-making and clear operational control. I also improve workflows through process automation, so teams spend less time on manual work and more on service quality.
