I developed SupportAI, an AI-powered customer support platform with an embeddable chatbot widget. I integrated Gemini AI and MongoDB, and reduced Total Blocking Time by approximately 65% by moving session and authentication data fetching to server-side rendering.
For SupportAI, I also implemented ScaleKit OAuth, protected routes, and session management, then deployed the application on Vercel.
As a Web Development Intern at Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE), DRDO, Agra, I developed responsive frontend components for the E-Waste Management web application. I also integrated reusable UI components with REST API endpoints.
