At Jupiter Wagons, I lead enterprise-wide ESG and decarbonization initiatives across manufacturing locations, aligning sustainability priorities with business objectives.
I manage disclosures across BRSR, GRI, IFRS S2, TCFD, and SASB, while conducting climate risk assessments, materiality assessments, ESG due diligence, and GHG accounting. I've also developed a corporate Environmental & Social Management System and support ESG ratings preparation for CDP and DJSI.
Previously, I managed environmental compliance for steel manufacturing at Rashmi Metaliks and led monitoring, audit, permitting, and sustainability advisory work at SWAN Environmental. As Eastern Region In-Charge, I worked with industrial clients including NTPC, SAIL, ITC, Coca-Cola, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, and Rashmi Metaliks.
I bring an electrical engineering foundation, an MBA in Environment Management, and practical analytics capability using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to make sustainability performance and compliance decisions more actionable.
