At Novo Excipients Pvt. Ltd., I coordinated the rollout of a company-wide pharma management platform across 8 departments, gathering requirements, working with the development vendor, and training 80–100 users. The rollout helped move the site from paper-based workflows to a digital setup.

I also managed GMP documentation and handled CAPA, Change Control, and Deviation Management, while supporting audit preparation. At Viatris (formerly Mylan Pharmaceuticals), I worked on QA/QMS documentation and SOPs, and used Trackwise and LIMSMaster across quality and QC processes. I'm currently pursuing SAP QM training.
