I’m a Data Analyst at MSCI Inc., where I drive data strategy and analytics in ESG and Corporate Governance. I translate business needs into actionable insights by combining Python automation, Power BI dashboards, and AI-assisted data extraction.

In my current role, I designed and implemented a Python-based automation pipeline to process 300+ governance datasets, improving operational efficiency by 40%. I also achieved ~98% data extraction accuracy by building AI-assisted workflows and strengthening data quality controls through gap identification in extraction logic.

I build interactive Power BI dashboards that let stakeholders track governance KPIs and operational metrics in real time—saving hours of daily reporting effort. To streamline delivery further, I automate workflows with VBA and Power Automate, reducing per-user manual effort daily and improving overall team throughput.

My work is grounded in rigorous validation: I perform data validation, quality checks, and exception analysis across governance datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Recognized with 6 internal awards—including the Innovation Pioneer Award (2025)—I’m motivated by scalable, data-driven solutions that close process gaps and elevate decision-making efficiency.
