I find enterprise software bugs before they become production incidents.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote QA role where I can use manual testing, regression strategy, Tosca automation, and defect management to prevent production incidents and deliver stable software.

At Menards, I've spent nearly 11 years breaking enterprise software on purpose so users never have to experience the chaos. I design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for business-critical releases, signing off on functionality, stability, and readiness.

I test web and mobile applications through manual methods and Tosca automation, catching defects before deployment. I manage the full defect lifecycle—from discovery through retest and closure—and partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to uncover root causes, not just symptoms.

I've shipped stable software through Agile sprints, Waterfall delivery, and everything in between. I also support UAT, validate requirements, document defects clearly, and build quality into every phase of the SDLC.

Before QA, I supported Menards production operations as a Computer Operator, resolving software and hardware issues and helping minimize downtime. I'm a two-time Elite Team Member Award winner, Tosca Automation Specialist, and certified in Generative AI in Testing.
