I am a motivated legal professional with a recent LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law from O.P. Jindal Global University. My hands-on experience as a Paralegal at K Law has equipped me with the skills to draft and review legal documents, including agreements and private placement memoranda. I have assisted in setting up Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and conducted due diligence for multiple transactions, showcasing my ability to thrive in the fast-paced corporate legal sector.
