What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging senior leadership role in structural steel detailing and checking, where I can lead and mentor teams, improve processes, and deliver high-quality work that meets international standards.

At 3DSteel Engineering Services, I lead a team of modellers and checkers, reviewing 3D models and fabrication drawings against design drawings, client standards, and project specifications. I coordinate with clients and engineering teams to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues.

At JMT Consultant and earlier at 3DSteel Engineering Services, I supervised detailing and checking work, reviewed complex connections and steel assemblies, and mentored junior team members. I also prepared and verified project documentation, including RFIs, ABMs, bolt lists, and material lists.

I began as a Trainee Checker at Prothious Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., where I trained in Tekla Structures for steel detailing under AISC/ASI standards. I have worked with Tekla Structures (X-Steel) and AutoCAD on structural steel projects, with experience checking models and drawings to client and international standards.
