At Universal Control System, I manage operation and maintenance for three pumping stations and the Master Control Centre on the PHED Chambal-Bhilwara water-supply project. I also monitor PLC/SCADA data from remote facilities and send consolidated operating information to PHED Head Office, Jaipur.
I inspect and troubleshoot 33 kV substation equipment, HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, switchgear, starters and actuators. I plan preventive and predictive maintenance, record equipment history and coordinate breakdown response and safe restoration.
I plan and coordinate site work, allocate manpower and prepare shift schedules. I also prepare operating reports and coordinate vendor quotations, purchase orders and essential spares.
At Suncity Power Solutions, I managed site execution for solar installations, including the 200 kWp Starcot Spin ground-mounted project and rooftop projects. My work covered site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and handover documentation.
