At CBRE, I manage laboratory instrument portfolios of 7,000–18,000 assets across Johnson & Johnson Life Sciences U.S. sites, maintaining accurate inventory records and lifecycle tracking.
I create weekly Excel reports that give clients and leadership visibility into asset status, exceptions, and project progress. I also coordinate Moves, Adds, and Changes across sites and serve as Acting Team Lead during supervisor absences.
Previously at PerkinElmer, I coordinated laboratory equipment changes and service scheduling across customer sites, working with engineers, OEMs, and service vendors. I maintained asset and service data in SAP, ServiceMax, Maximo/eCMMS, and Smartsheet.
