I am looking for a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.

I am a motivated and analytical software engineer with a Master's in Computing and Information Systems, currently based in Nairobi, Kenya. My professional journey began with a web development apprenticeship at Umuzi.org, where I honed my skills in JavaScript and Node.js, actively practicing Agile methodologies and collaborating on various projects. This experience allowed me to build interactive and responsive web applications, gaining hands-on experience in modern web technologies.

As a Software Engineer Intern at Vaspoint Ltd, I developed full-stack applications using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL. I successfully created custom WordPress plugins to address unique client needs and built RESTful APIs while optimizing MySQL queries for efficient data handling. My role also involved deploying and maintaining applications on Linux servers, utilizing Nginx, and debugging issues across front-end, back-end, and database layers. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and continuously seek opportunities to grow and contribute to innovative projects.
