What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in a fully remote team where I can apply my customer communication and retail sales experience to outbound prospecting, appointment setting, lead qualification, and sales pipeline support.

At Flixway Boutique, I answered questions about products, pricing, and availability, recommended products based on customer needs, and supported day-to-day sales activity.

I also supported sales transactions and kept sales-related information and records organized. When customers raised concerns, I clarified information and helped resolve routine issues.

In a voluntary remote WhatsApp customer communication activity, I replied to product and service enquiries, followed up with customers, and explained available options. I'm ready to apply these skills to outbound prospecting, appointment setting, lead qualification, and sales pipeline support in a fully remote team.
