I started my career at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, where I worked as a Process Developer. My responsibilities included reviewing more than 100 operational records daily, performing quality checks, identifying errors, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining Excel-based quality trackers using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

After that, I worked as a Freelance LLM Data Annotator on an Innodata project, where I evaluated AI-generated responses, identified inaccurate or instruction-violating outputs, and applied project guidelines to maintain quality.

Currently, I work at Concentrix as a Senior Representative – Operations in Trust & Safety, where I review user-generated content against platform policies, identify harmful or policy-violating content, document decisions, and escalate complex cases when required. With my experience in quality analysis, content moderation, and AI response evaluation, I am now looking for an AI Agentic Evaluator role, where I can contribute to evaluating AI agents, validating tool usage, verifying task completion, and improving AI system reliability.
