I'm building hands-on psychology experience through assessment, counselling, recruitment, and clinical evaluation. At Charismight Consultancy, I administer and interpret psychometric and psychological assessments for recruitment, promotion, and role suitability.

I coordinate counselling processes so individuals in distress receive timely support, conduct interviews, and assess candidates in an HR capacity. I've also digitized the assessment and counselling process on the ZOHO platform and deliver HELM and soft-skills training for Indian and foreign mariners.

At Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, I gained exposure to psycho-educational testing, report writing, case conceptualisation, and individual and group therapy goal formulation. I observed cases in the Developmental OPD and departments including neurology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and hematology/thalasemia.

My criminology internship involved client counselling, case research, observations, strategy development, and learning about court proceedings and legal language. I'm eager to keep exploring psychology, including disability, clinical work, and criminal behaviour, while bringing curiosity, energy, and fresh perspectives.
