At CopeCart, I lead end-to-end design for a six-product Super App that brings separate tools into one app with one login. I connect key product decisions to vendor research, including interviews, a survey, and competitor walkthroughs.
I redesigned onboarding to address the challenge of new vendors making no sales in their first two months; support calls about getting started dropped noticeably. I also redesigned finance, product creation, funnels, orders, and phone offers, and designed courses and community features.
I built CopeCart’s design system from scratch, including color variables, semantic and component tokens, and light and dark modes. I review LogRocket sessions before new flows, run design QA on releases, and mentor junior designers.
At Devlight, I designed products across e-commerce, real estate, and marketplaces, including 4Real, a platform for realtors with a marketplace, CRM admin panel, and landing page. At Sweetcode, I designed responsive web and mobile products, including the Lavender sleep app, which is live on Google Play.
