I’m an Accounting Manager with 5+ years of progressive experience across public accounting and high-volume, multi-entity operations. I oversee full-cycle accounting for multi-state staffing companies, supporting $13M-$15M+ in monthly revenue and accounting activity tied to $2.1M+ in weekly payroll. I’m known for rebuilding financial records, improving reporting accuracy, streamlining workflows, and translating complex operational activity into organized, decision-useful financial information.

In my current role, I own full-cycle accounting across multi-entity, multi-state staffing operations—from accounts payable and vendor payments to general ledger maintenance, cash management, sales reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. I manage cash flow analysis and forecasting by integrating current bank balances, expected collections, payroll requirements, and operating expenses to strengthen weekly liquidity planning. I also rebuilt and corrected 2025 accounting records across multiple entities, improving reporting accuracy and audit readiness.

I lead improvements that make reporting more reliable and scalable, including migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online with data cleanup and transaction review. I designed a controller-style cash flow monitoring process and standardized recurring funding-entry procedures to improve consistency and traceability. I’m also comfortable in payroll accounting and compliance, including PEO and temporary labor structures, payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940, DE 9, and DE 9C), CDTFA adjustments, and audit support with reconciliations and supporting schedules.
