I'm an MFT Trainee providing individual, couples, and family therapy at Life Source Affordable Counseling Center for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

I conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Previously at Catalina Island Health, I delivered remote crisis intervention, treatment, case management, and community resource support to an underserved and geographically isolated community.

I also provide recovery sponsorship through Narcotics Anonymous, offering psychoeducation, relapse-prevention coaching, crisis support, and accountability grounded in fifteen years of personal recovery experience.
