At AUEL Ltda., a contractor at the AES Andes hydroelectric complex in Chile, I supervised electrical and instrumentation and control maintenance for hydro and BESS plants totaling more than 800 MW. I led two teams of six people and managed their OPEX.
I also supervised CapEx projects as an Inspector Técnico de Obra, and worked on maintenance and modernization of instrumentation, PLC, and control systems at GEPYS and ASIM Ingeniería y Construcción Ltda. My work has included electrical testing on high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment, battery and inverter maintenance, and applying LOTO and NFPA 70E safety practices.
