At ProCern Technology Solutions, I lead technical strategy and innovation for the MSSP division, guiding post-merger integration and service expansion across nearly 100 managed clients. I directed adoption of new SIEM vendors, expanded 24/7/365 managed EDR offerings, and championed a SOC hyperautomation platform.
At NDM, I led the SOC’s transformation from a 2-person operation into a 24/7/365 team of 25+ analysts and engineers. I also onboarded nearly 50 customers and oversaw SIEM delivery, incident response, and custom detection rule design. Earlier, I produced a KHQ-TV sports feature that received a Northwest Regional Emmy.
